Flight Instruction All flight instruction is administered through our business partner Tulsa Community College (TCC). We will enroll you at TCC with your name, address, social security number, date of birth and proof of citizenship. Seaplane students are exempt from the TSA requirements that we train only U.S. citizens. No payment is needed at enrollment, however a $500 deposit is required to schedule your training dates and TCC policy is to pay for training in advance. To train for a seaplane rating we recommend you access our Buy Now page and pay your $500 deposit or purchase the Seaplane Course and room/board if needed. With your deposit or full payment we will immediately send you a link to our instructional page. Any unused tuition will be refunded and all your personal information will be strictly confidential. If you're interested in a just a few hours training in the Lake, like a biennial flight review, you should buy a Gift Certificate for the hours you want. If you have questions or to schedule your training, contact Steve Robinson at 918-289-3940. Instructional Material When we receive your deposit or full course payment we will send you a link to access our training materials online. This information is mostly downloadable .pdf files containing FAA advisory circular FAA-H-8083-23 Seaplane Operations along with Private/Commercial practical test standards. Also included is our training syllabus, Aircraft Flight Manual, Checklists, Weight & Balance, and some photos of our aircraft. Members of the Seaplane Pilots Association may download Steve Reeps book "Go To Hull" at www.Seaplanes.org, a great resource for someone learning to fly a Lake Amphibian! Instrument Instruction
