Terms and Refunds

Grand Seaplanes

Booking deposit of $500 is required to schedule a training date.
This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, but will carry forward if you
need to change your training dates.

Booking cancelled 60 or more days out get a full refund minus 5%.

Bookings cancelled 30 days out get a full refund minus 10%.

Bookings cancelled 10 or fewer days out get a full refund minus 20%.

Paypal funds may be refunded up to 60 days after payment.
After 60 days a 3% refund fee will be deducted.

There is no charge or penalty for re-bookings due to inclement weather.

All seaplane instruction is VFR only, so be sure to check in with us by phone
or email 3 days prior to your arrival to be sure that we anticipate good flight weather.
